Wrong, you dumbfuck. He was NOT "already in handcuffs", his RIGHT hand was cuffed. His LEFT hand was still free, and he was latching onto a chair with his left arm and refused to let go. They used the taser so they COULD complete the cuffing. Also, you don't KNOW he was unarmed. What if he was hiding a gun under his belt? What if he turned out to be another Columbine or Virginia Tech? You don't know.
